I have taken tikona a month back The sales person said my plan is of 6+1 month total 7 months.. Paid money in advance and after installation the website required for my work. Does not open. Multiple complain done no response and now during lockdown no. Support from. Them... Instead of supporting n resolving thy are sending new bills Horrible company... Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 14, 2020 Updated by Rupa Iyer Sadashivan Still no update. Need to talk on the bill that Is generated. Where as we have paid in advance for 6 MONTHS
