I had raised raised a request to disconnect my service due to location however as per customer suggestion on call they ask me to send a request to "[protected]@tikona.in " by 10th April 2022 because I was moving on 10th April and my billing generated date was 15th of each month, so before my bill generate my connect will be disconnected with no any changes.
So initially I sent an email to tikona on 10th April but when I did not received any updated from them till 14th then I again send a followup email on 14th April on the same email which you can see in attachment and I leave on them.
After a month I got bill of around 300 in next month so I connect them via phone and they said no worries will take care and pickup the item.
Now they are threatening me legally and asking me around 1800 rupees. Could you please look into the issue, why tikona team is not doing their job and not fulfilling their promised.
