[Resolved] Tikona — Wifi connection | |||
Tikona is a fraud company. I was offered and delieverd a connection saying 4 mbps speed. Which i refused. As i wanted atleast 8 mbps min. I was told that in 8mbps ill get only 4mbps. But what tikona is offering 4mbps. They provide fully 4 to the customers. Bu speed what i get was 0.2 that was almost nill in 1000 rs. Whenever i called the tikona emplyee to whome i had called 100 times atleast, i used to get his message cant call right now. Call me back later. I tried to get in touch with him 100 of times. I mean is this some joke from tikona. Wha sort of employeed they had hired in addition to their bad speed. I cannot give them half star even. Was this information helpful? | |||
