I had applied for a wifi set up for my home. The guy i spoke to over the phone had sent two people to my house. They set up a wire and gave me a adapter and took 2000 rs in cash as the payment for first three months. They left a few details like my user id and password and customer care number. They asked me to call customer care the next day, give those details and activate the number. It has been over a week now and my internet is still not active. The man who i spoke to does not respond to any of my calls. I have not recieved any payment reciept in hand or through email. The customer care executives are not giving me any information except that the payment details are not updated. I have called that man a number of times everyday but he never recieves my call. They have taken my money and now are not be found or heard.
