Tikona — without fixing, putting my complaints as resolved | |||
I took tikona connection with user id [protected] on 2nd June 2015 in Nagpur. After that out of 24 hours only 10-12 hours internet was accessible that is I was not getting internet signal for 12-14 hours. The speed of the internet was too slow and I filled 2 complaints for slow speed of internet and 3 complaints for not getting signal. But every time, without fixing the problem I was getting a sms that "Dear Tikona Customer, the technical complaint highlighted by you is resolved". But it wasn't. I informed their customer care executives more than 7 times that I am still facing the same issue so please don't mark it resolved but they were doing the same. I am fed up with this cycle. Please help me to either resolve the issue of refund my money back.(I have all the call details and messages details). Was this information helpful? | |||
