Tikona id-[protected]
Its more than 1 month since my Tikona connection
has been installed and till date I am unable to
browse Internet for a single time.
Technical Customer Care guys says: They are able
to access my CPE so there is no problem and my
problem has been resolved.
Static IP Team says that: My CPE is getting
rebooted frequently so they need to be change
the PoE by field engineer. PoE changed but no
success.
Every-time I call, Tikona open a new SR and
arrange engineer visit, sometimes engineer don't
visit for weeks and I get surprise mail & sms
that my problem has been resolved as my CPE is
reachable from customer care guys.
I call again, Tikona open a new case again,
sometime they ask me to call the engineer...
engineer don't visit... Pathetic... its more
than 30 days... neither TIkona is able to
identify the problem nor able to declare that my
area is not feasible or is it service
provisioning related issue which cant be
resolved.
Pathetic customer support... nobody takes
ownership... when I requested for
disconnection (SR 1-[protected]
)... Tikona asked me to wait 10 days
as their "senior specialist" will solve the
issue. Its more than 3 working days passed... no
call/mail for senior specialist till now...
totally time waste.
I found even street cable internet operators
provide better after sale support than Tikona.
Don't know what senior guys are doing in
Tikona... or they have unorganized staff
intentionally.
God save all o[censored]s from this company.
it seems I have to send them legal notice or
police complain then only they will wake up.
No point of writing on forums if they can hear
me on their so called "customer support".
