Tikona — Worst Connection

Ticket # 1-[protected] | User ID # [protected] | Unresolved since 17-May-14 Mr. Nair and Team, Can I request your immediate attention on the connectivity issue since 17 May, please? Efforts from Tikona: 1. Engineer visited on 20 May (Tue) and the connection didn't even worked for 3 hours. He realigned the roof top device to the AP, earlier which your team claimed that the AP was the problem and asked for 20 days to rectify the issue. I wonder how it works !!! 2. 21 May (Wed) it worked for sometime, since then it is not working. 3. Yesterday spoke to your CC and I was told engineer will visit today. But he didn't turn up. Note: When you are not able to provide consistent connectivity, then you should rectify it. It's really a pain to get hold of your CC and after connecting, will be instructed to do the routine activity, I am really fed up with this. You people don't feel the pain but for payment, there will numerous reminder call. It would be good if the same is done to resolve the issue
