[Resolved] Tikona — Worst customer care & service | |||||
I'd is [protected] I have enrolled for your service before a week and I haven't been able to use it since then. From last 4 days I am calling your customer department and they have been assigning me your service engineers. But sadly none of your service engineer has turned up yet. They are not even receiving my call. I have been talking to your l1 department from last 2 days. They are assuring me the solution but no one is able to provide one. I have talked to Sandeep (emp ID 4369), Vijay and omkar (4407).. Even they disconnected the call in middle of the conversation twice. You can check it in ur record for your confirmation. Everyday I am coming home early from office so that you can atleast solve my problem before 6 as your star engineers have important appointments after 6. Still I haven't met with any of your star engineers. If this is going to continue in future then I ll be very happy to unsubscribe your service. It's not a threat but this is going to be a big issue for Tikona in coming days. Hope I ll get revert as soon as possible. Regards A very frustrated customer Was this information helpful? | |||||
