[Resolved] Tikona — Worst customer service and termination request not processed | |||||
My dear friends, Never ever go with Tikona Connection in your life. They are the worst connection and customer support. I have paid 2000Rs for unused service. I was using the connection for 2 months and i raised the complaints to disconnect the connection. Stupid customer people didn't log the complaint to disconnect the connection. I am getting bill in email every month. I have replied to the email to disconnect the connection. But no response from Tikona. Worst Customer Support. After few months they are taking legal action through court for non used broadband services. I have paid 2000 Rs to stop the legal action. They are sending the bills every month. Customer support is worst and no response. Whenever you called, they will say will call back in 2days. But you won't get any response. So it's my humble request. Don't select Tikona Connection for you internet service. You will get same experience what I have now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

When i got new connection, tikona given me 3 months service but after 1 month i am getting bill and said you discount would be cover next month but every month i paid the service and still didn't provide me 3 months really tikona employees are fraud.
Please guys let me know, how to complain against tikona network coz i have proof his recording...
