[Resolved]  Tikona — worst customer service

I have been a tikona internet user since last 3 years. Tikona had lot of technical issues which they are not ready to resolve. Also, lot of billing related issues where the customer service is not ready to resolve. I got the bill for the month of february for which the amount got deducted twice from my account. The amount got adjusted for the month of march automatically. Now all of a sudden tikona is asking me to pay for them month of march as well. Which is insane. I am unable to provide the transaction id as i have closed the account. Tikona is directly taking the request for disconnection of services which a sign of the worst and poor customer service.
