Its useless to discuss about issue here as you will provide a template answer to post the issue to tikona forum. I just want to know the answer for below query. Question: how customer can approach your help desk when a ticket is already open? Your ivr simply provide an update that a ticket is already open and our technical team is working on that. We will get back to your shortly? How long that shortly usually go? I have open a ticket for slow speed a week back which is still open without a call back. Now, internet is completely down from today and your system do not allow me to reach out to a help desk agent at all. To open a ticket, i have to select new connection and then have to argue with your non technical team to get a ticket logged. How long you will be in business if you continue to provide such a bad user experience? Note: don;t ask to submit a query in tikona forum. The page is still loading for last 10 minutes.
