Intend to share my severe pain and mental troma I have been through during my experience with Tikona -
Start from the date 08 Feb, 2014, I applied for Tikona internet in spite of having so many complaints in my society - Ark Serene County, Channasandra, Whitefield, the reason was that I had no other internet wireline options there in my society. But i think that was my life time mistake.
Honestly speaking after 08 Feb, 2014, My connection was okay till 14th Apr, 2014 though some small issues here and there like slow speed and no access for some hours which I could ignore.
14th Apr, 2014 my internet connection has stopped working completely. I complained to Tikona Customer Care for the same which Comlaint number#[protected].
Next two weeks no technical person visited for this complaint. On 24th Apr I called up customer care again for temporary termination as I was going abroad. Customer care person said it was not possible as my connection was not even more than three months. So I was forced to continue without even any usage. May 25th, 2014 my family came back to town but I was still not in india. And my family confirmed that net is not yet functional, so from USA, I called up tikona customer care again, they asked me to pay remaining bill amount else no technical person one will turn up. I have paid that and asked them to have visit for connection not working yet. No response again. I called up my sales person Aftab, but he didn't help me with this regard. June 2nd when I came back to India, again I called up customer care, but no response.
Till then, I kept calling customer care and tried to reach Deepak Tikona Area manager for Channasandra, whitefield in between but no help. At last I complained Tikona Customer care to disconnect my tikona connection.
Now here is the sum up, in spite of so many complaints, if tikona company having no customer orientation, send no technical person and 14 Apr, 2014 onwards there is no data usage, still Tikona expects me to pay this amount of Rs 2070. Which is completely unethical and unacceptable to me.
I have all your modem and wire with me. Pls collect it. And ensure to waive off this amount.
Would expect some response on this mail at least. And expect some professional gesture from private company.
