Tikona — Worst in service and greediest company | |||||
Tikona - gurgaon Customer id : [protected] The subject of this complaint best describes this company. Worst service... Customer representatives are big liers and cheat... Tries everything to loot a customer... Approximately 8-10 months back, when i was planning to relocate to banglore, i placed a request in tikona to disconnect and send someone to collect the devices. All the payments were done from my end till that time. Nobody turned up from tikona during that period and lastly i moved to banglore. After 1-2 months, i got a message stating that my bill has been generated. I was screwed up... I immediately called tikona to clarify things... The representative assured me that everything will be taken care automatically and i just had to confirm disconnection one more time. I did the same. He also shared some reference number... I thought this time, it's all done... But luckly (Sarcastic), similar things happened to me again a few more times. I placed disconnection request again... Got another reference number... So, all together more than 3-4 times, i placed disconnection. And now after these 8-10 months, a lawyer from tikona is calling me from last 1 week and asking to pay due amount. I asked that what kinda due is it? He doesn't have any appropriate answer and just forcing me to pay the money asap. I clearly mentioned the entire situation and informed him that all the necessary payments have already been done at the time, i placed the disconnection request. But, he doesn't have any answer... I tired contacting tikona through different numbers and emails... But no reply... I feel tortured and mentally harassed... This is the worst and aweful experience with tokina... I will never ever opt for any service from this company and will try to stop others to go for tikona. Thanks tikona... Was this information helpful? | |||||
