[Resolved] Tikona — Worst internet connection | |||
My user id is [protected] and this is my second connection im getting from tikona, my first connection i used it for 1 year but that whole year im not able to connect with the internet even if it connected once in a blue moon the speed il get is only 10 KBPS to 400 KBPS out of 4MBPS they sed there is a problem in the device what they installed and they never changed it and sed my house is single ground floor so its not getting the connection from the server.then recently 2 months back i shifted my house its 2 floor i decided to take some other connection but a technical person from tikona approached me and sed in this house i can easily get 4 mbps with out any fluctuations as the server is right opposite to my house and also i got 3.5 mbps while getting the connection and after a week the same problem what i got in my first connection im getting right now login page itsef not coming i compained many times they gave the complaint no. but no response from the technical team. one of my complaint no. is 1:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

i have taken a internet connection from tikona, they have provided me 4mbps speed pack but there is no proper internet connection. it does not connect properly, if it get connected the speed will be 1.5 mbps in real. they promise something but they deliver something. tikona is a cheat broadband. i use to cal the customer care daily for these issues.. they have dialogue saying that " your problem will get solved in 2 to 3 hrs time" i am fed up of hear this ... they dont have the capabilty to provide high speed internet connection. they survive only in the strength of marketing. but they cheat for sure.
