[Resolved] Tikona — Worst internet connectivity seems like end up paying for fake connectivity and fake billing

Hi, This is really sad to see we still have ISP's who promise to provide continuous connectivity for 24*7 but they are not even capable to provide 2hrs connectivity service. this has been happening from the day 1 lodged lot of complains to their so called unprofessional contact centers but never got permanent solution to my issues. Even tried to contact the nodal officer through mails and phone but as expected no response from honorable nodal officer, he is not even bothered to reply to the mail addressed to him.
