Tikona — Worst Internet Service and no proper assistance

18 September 2015 at 15:52 (First Email send) USER ID [protected] I have shifted house recently and my device was setup and the next day the device has changed it direction due to weather and I am experiencing slow in my Internet speed. I am in 4 MBPS speed and I am getting only 0.57 MBPS speed. I have called customer support many times and they have promised me to sent Technician to my house to check on the issue and no one has came so far. I have contacted on Tuesday Sept 15th and I have very bad experience with Tikona. You are sending many SMS if the payment is due, however not taking customer complaints in effective manner. Please check my records with Customer support and do the needful. If you like me to take the issue to high end, I am ready to do that. If I am not see the Technician today, you will face serious issues as I am taking it legally or you will have to compensate for the issues I have faced from the time of connection taken which will be for the past 4 months. I am sorry there is no way to express as I have called Technical Support around 8 times and I have all the call records saved and reference number with me. Please acknowledge this. =============================================================== 23 September 2015 at 08:00 (2nd Email send) My issue has not taken care and facing err connection error login page not loading. Your technical support member has confirmed there is no feasibility for the connection to achieve 4 MBPS speed and also your Technical team has called me to confirm this and I am requesting for an refund for 4 months period as I am facing issue with the speed and I have all the reference number for the complaint made with Technical Support and it is showing as resolved and actually it is not and I have called repentantly with regards to the issue and no action has been taken from your end. Please look into this and provide me with an refund which I have paid you for the last 4 months as I have not used your service effectively and no promised speed has been given to me. Please call me on the below phone number and timings to discuss the issue. Please call me on my telephone number after 6 pm to 9 pm No calls regards refund and simply sending technician to check on the issue as senior technical informed there is no feasibility and i do not have internet for the past one month.
