[Resolved]  Tikona — worst serive and not disconnecting the connection‏

Dear All, I am using Tikona internet services last 6 months. I am getting issue in internet connectivity last 7 days and i am complains so many times in customer care ([protected]) but issue is still issue is going on, i request to disconnect this services but they do not disconnect my services i do not know why, i request to you kindly disconnect my internet services as soon as possible. I am not interested to continue with Tikona.
