[Resolved] Tikona — Worst Service and Looting | |||||
Hello, I would like to complaint for Tikona's worst service and false commitment and mental torture. Due to tikona's poor Service & worst connection i was about to disconnect my connection but they requested me to continue with Prepaid plan for Rs. 1000.00 and my used MB billing will be waived off and i trusted them and did the same and since past one week they didn't started my connection stating that i have to pay the billed amount for which they commited to be waived off, today is 6th Day they've already crossed their deadline of 72hrs, still connection not started. Inspite of making all the payments on time this what they are upto, truely unprofessional and they do their best to give you nightmares and mental tortures dont trust them guys. My Rs. 1000.00 has got blocked with them neither they are starting my connection nor they are refunding it. Big Time Sucker. Since the day i made my payment everyday i have to follow them and everyday you have to face new agent, each and every agent escape by giving reason that it will get started in 24 Hrs. I really don't know whether they mean 24 Hours or 24 Years. Please beware of Tikona. Below i've attached the details. Please go through the facts. Today is 9th Day still service not started. Got commiment from one of their senior executive vishal on 21st tht it will start in 24hrs but still same mental torture. on. 23rd got commitment from pooja (Emp code 108112) tht it will get start by evening. but still same...need to file a case..people who r suffering can join my petition.
