Hi,
I started using tikona services from 17 may and till 5th jan, i raised 3 customer complaints for slow internet speed and was disconnected for 3 days.
They took 2000 rs as advance payment for 3 month as they were offering free router but now when i am asking them to return my amount, they are telling me that if they are not able to give services then only they will return my amount.
Then what is meaning of 4 complaints in 17 days. Is that not enough to say service issue. Was this information helpful? |
