Tikona — Worst service and they charge the customer Illegally | |||||
I had subscribed for Tikona broadband long back (user ID [protected]). I was facing serious and recurring issues with the connection. Sometimes the speed I was getting was too slow & sometimes it used to get Disconnected very frequently. I had placed so many complaints since 27th January 2016 but no one resolved it. I asked them to waive off the rental and disconnect the connection immediately. they told that they would waive off the unused rental and will resolve the problem asap and asked to observe few days. but nothing happened. I kept calling them whenever I faced issue with the connectivity. but all in vain. on 5th March 2016 I got the call from Tikona executive and I asked them to disconnect the connection so that I can move to some other service provider but they kept insisting me to wait for a week. but I told that this is my final decision and I don't want this connection. Finally on 8th March 2016, I received an email stating that connection is disconnected and they have stopped me charging rentals. However, I would be charged @ 5 Paisa/MB for the usage since 3rd March 2016. my concern is: 1. when I asked them to disconnect the connection, it means it should be disconnected rather than converting the connection in to charge as per usage basis. 2. if they is it so, it should be communicated to the customer. in this case they didn't tell me this when I asked them to disconnect the connection. 3. I got this intimation through email on 8th march 2016, how come I can be liable to pay for the usage since 3rd March 2016. 4. I called up customer care on 8th March night, and I was told that the device is still installed in my premises hence I would be charged. when the connection is disconnected, device should be removed immediately. they cannot me charge illegally by giving this stupid reason. 5.on 9th March Morning, I spoke to the billing team and the executive was very rude and she said that I have to pay the usage charges. So I want to know that how these bastrads can charge me like this. I am not going to pay single penny and I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
