Tikona — Worst Service Ever. False Billing | |||
Dear Tikona, I have sent multiple emails to resolve my false billing which you guys never solved. Then I have already sent 3 emails in June to close my account but till date you guys are not able to close my account and keep calling me 10 times a day for bill payment. I have made it clear that I am not going to pay anything till you correct my billing and close my account. I don't know how shameless you guys are? In last 20 day you didn't resolved the false billing issue and since 10 days when I placed a request to close my account, no updates on that as well. At the same time you guys are calling me 10 times a day like beggars to make payment. Let me clear you that I am not going to make any payment till my issue is resolved.
