Tikona — Worst services in India - Need 100% refund | |||
Dear Team, I had taken broadband with tikona digital on 25-may-15 & i had paid 2 month advance with instalation of INR 2250-/ through my credit card. From very first day i had faced problem with connection, it was not worked on very first day. I had registered complaint so many times, they forwaded twice their engenierres but problem still remain the same. Fynally i had requested for full amount refund & disconnection of broadband but no one interested to heard my problem, i posted mail to - [protected]@tikona.in, j.[protected]@tikona.in even this people also not replied to my mail. Despite several reminders & phone calls dated from May. 2015 to till date, I have not received any satisfactory response. This has made it critical for me to take cognizance of your action since your malafide intent is evident. I have already mentioned that I am unhappy with their services and I feel cheated being associated with them. But their responses is zero with complaint. I really fail to understand if they dont have proper network in my area why this people selling connection to anyone, they are only making fool & making money with fake commitments. Pls note that this whole episode is getting worse and is mental harassment for me.
