[Resolved]  Tikona — Wrong bill dispatched

Tikona has sent me bill reminder of rs. 2689.71 to be paid but i have not used their services since may 2016.

Earlier (Feb) i lodged many complaints for the speed issue in tikona but they were unable to rectify it so i decided to disconnect from them and applied for it. But they stopped my rental plan instead of disconnection. I asked them about the process of getting noc but non of them helped me to get it. Upon asking is there any process of providing noc to the customer they said we don't know and one of them even said we don't provide that.

One day () i received a call from one of their employee to restart the connection on one condition (They will provide me 10gb of data to be used for one month) and carry on with my plan if satisfied by their services.

So i started using their services but after 2-3 days i received messages that i am running on default plan that means no 10gb data were given to me.

Then i called them to verify the same but they refused it, according to them, there were no 10 gb plan running on my account. I told them about the call (10gb data) that i received earlier but they denied and said non of the call has been made to me for the same.

After hearing this i finally decided to apply for disconnection from their services. I never used their internet.

Then a bill was dispatched to me for rs 93 on 12 jun 2016 and bill reminder mail of rs. 1993 on 18 jun 2016. From that day i regularly receiving the mails and messages for bill submission till today date and now this bill is rised up to 2689.

One interesting thing is bill amount is keep on changing for the same but it should be same.

I have already told them that about the wrong bill generation via email or phone calls but didn't get any positive response from them.

Today i called them again and inquired about the bill generation then they said i have renewed the plan on 6 jun 2016, but i haven't.

I have all the calls and mails as the evidence.

If i am not going to pay this amount they will add fine on bill day by day which results in thousands of amount under my tikona account and me.

They can also take legal action against me for not submitting the bill.

First of all please take strict legal action against them so that they never happened to any body in future.

I am regularly receiving Tikona mails and message for the submission of bill.

Please let me know if there is any updates from them so that i can share mails and phone call recording to them.

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

Thank you for initiating the disconnect request but my concern are the bills that i am receiving at regular interval of time.

Please clear the dues from your side as i have not used your service during that period.

Recently i got a notice from tikona for paying Rs. 2790 earlier it was Rs 2689.
I don't know why it is raised up to this amount.

Even i am not going to pay Rs 2689, because i have not used the service since Jun.

Due to personal reasons when we discontinued Tikona internet services, we are getting messages and phone calls daily many times asking us to pay the rents which we have already disconnected. Yesterday we got a phone and a message threatening us that they will file a case.
