[Resolved] Tikona — wrong billing after disconnection. harassment by advocates on call with notices. | |
I took 3 months plan with single time payment at the begining. After 2 months i got A bill summing rs 373 in march 2016, i complained about the same to customer care to correct the bill & i was assured that it is not on me as i have paid the full amount at the start. After 3 months i called customer care to disconnect the service and take the antenna and wire back. They said the service is disconnected and they have a policy of not taking the antenna back, and asked me to keep it. After disconnection i was continuously having calls from support team to reuse the plan at the new place i was going to, but i refused. Then i asked again to disconnect the plan and i was told that if you are not using the service it will not be charged. I was having doubt on tikona, so i removed the antenna from roof myself. The same month i vacated the accomodation as i shifted to new place. From the time they are constantly sending me wrong bills and threat calls. I complained so many times but no one replies and keep asking more time to resolve the issue. But every 2nd month i am receiving call from they so called advocate from high court who will torture and harash Its been 3 years of torture now. Was this information helpful? | |
