I got the Tikona Broadband connection in the month of August-15. I paid 3 month advance. It worked for few days and then I started facing issue to an extent that I was not able to use the internet. Hence I decided to terminated the connection.
I raised the request of termination at the start of of Sep-15. Since then their customer care has calling for confirmation and finally it got disconnected in the month of Dec-15.
Now they have sent me the bill where I have to pay some amount to them whereas I have paid 3 month advance and only used it for a month. When I am trying to call their customer, neither I am able to get through to talk with someone nor they are calling me back.
