[Resolved] Tikona — Wrong Billing for Very BAD & No service. | |||
We had taken connection in Mumbai for one year. ID: [protected] They became bad once we asked to disconnect the connection because we were shifting out of Mumbai Very Very Bad Experience. We shifted to Noida from Mumbai. Hence Requested to Disconnect the connection and take the payment. But they kept the connection on for two months and did not disconnect despite multiple request. They simply ignored about 10-15 calls and told that you sell to someone else in mumbai or shift the connection to noida which we did not wanted. But finally we gave up They told that they will waive for non usage & shifted my connection to noida. But gave few hundered discount out of bill of 1400 for two month. But i paid as i did not want to waste my time on such cheap thing and argument. In Noida, Their range was not there . Connection came & went away every 15 min. After 60-70 calls & speaking daily for 30 min for a month .. they disconnected the connection. Now they are sending us email for outstanding payment. Their collection team calls and speaks badly as if we are frauds.. they say we will send you legal notice. They send so many email & message for collection but when we speak of our problem & issue of last three months, they simply ignore. They are a company who will do anything to take get money by any way.
