[Resolved] Tikona — Wrong Services Provided | |
My Tikona Id is :[protected]
I have been using it since past 5 years, this time i had opted to go for Bundled internet plan for Rs.2099/- which i have done via tikona self care portal on 4th May 2015 where payment of Rs 3698.1 which also included Rs1500/- for wifi router in which tikona was aware and informed about all this.On 23 June i got a sms that my services are expired which should not have happened as i had made payment for 365 days validity and 50GB plan from which only 19 GB was used.
I have contacted them but they are trying to put there mistake on me.
Tikona has gone from worse to worst. Please provide me a solution.I need the pack activated or refund for the same.This is real harassment caused inspite of opting for services. Was this information helpful? | |
