Tikona — Wrongly billed

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet

The issue that I have experienced was: I have sent an email in June to closed my connection and then after 3 months I am getting call to pay the amount Rs1100 as you have not emailed us for close although my connection has been assigned to my roommates on her name.

It occurred on: 3/09/2020

Please look into this matter as soon as possible and I need NOC from company that all my charges are cleared and my connection has been deactivated

Hello Sir,

I have tried to register there biut I am not getting email confirmation to activate my account.

Please look into this in urgent basis and provide me NOC letter because the fault is not from my side as I have sent email in advance to close deactivate my account.

It's been 4 days today no action has been taken on my complaint and reply. Will the company do like this service after selling broadband?

I am still getting calls related to non payment which is totally company fault not my
