Dear team, This is navneet tikona user of since last 4 year user id is [protected] this time worst experience from your outsource technical engineer I lock complaint and he is coming today but they didn't call and also dint received cal I try 30 time and after he received call and that time he is sleeping at his home I just told him r u suppose to come for solve my internet problem so he is told me today I amnon leave because rain and I m not ciming today any how and call to tikona care I am from outsource not tikona technician so not coming today thry dint have sence how to speek with customer they directly said I dont know you talk with tikona customer care and arrange other engineer His name is hemant survade Hus contact [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
