I had advised TIKONA to disconnect my Broadband on 11.04.2022 by email but they did not deactivate my Account and a bill of Rs.1262.82 was generated and I was advise to pay the same.
Thy have been sending legal letters since last one year and without any response to my emails.
eventually I spoke to their Agent TANYA SHARMA on [protected] and she advised to close the entire legal emails and also confirmed a NOC letter from Tikona and deactivation of my Account.
I paid the Amt of Rs.2763/- against pending Bill and Modem charges.
To be surprise I started getting message that my Tikona Account has been activated and their agent is not answering my calls.
This is harassment and so I want to complain to deactivate my Account immediately and to refund me R.1500/- against their Modem which i shall provide. Was this information helpful? |
