Timbl — Non refund of the security deposit for the internet connection even after 60 days

Requested them mutiple times on app to disconnect the service as i was no longer living there but i agot 0 responce from them.
Raise multiple tickets too but every time they closed that without resolving them .
Nobody came to collect their router and my 2000 rupees security is still not cleared
