We have discontinued the service from Timbl since January, 2023, but we still being called daily to get the recharge done. Timbl has to return our security refund as well, but instead they keep sending us whatsapp messages saying they will initiate legal action against us.
We are being harrassed daily and we don't know what we can do to make this stop and take action against Timbl.
They don't reply to emails and there is no way to talk to the customer care reps when we call as the call goes to automated system that does not give option of talking to someone in person.
I have logged a complaint with TRAI as well but as of now we are still getting the calls multiple times on a daily basis. Was this information helpful? |
