[Resolved] Times Of India — 3 months... charged annual subscription... but no papers | |||
Hi Subacription id 36748397... To be start date 1st august 2018 I have paid for annual subscription through a walk-in agent at my office First... I have received coupons almost in 3rd week of august stating the 1st coupon starts from august’18 and the agent told me they have informed the delivery agent to start toi as we were using ht Even i called my vendor to start but it is of no use and till date the ht is continued. Please let me know who is responsible for this mess and 3 months which are lost and now the 4th month Request to refund my annual subscription cost and cancel these coupons and loss of 3 months which i will end up paying for full cost for ht This was registered thru to mail to chandigarh office... Multiple calls... And many promise from their side... But seems this is way they work Can i get my my refund so that i can subscribe hindustan times also these three lost months to be paid for Regards Rakesh Was this information helpful? | |||

I wish to apply for TOI with MATA subscription. Local news paper vendors are not providing it. Kindly do the needful

I have paid the yearly subscription fees of INR 599 on June 2018 and an agent come on October 2018 and collected INR 500 stating that we havent paid for the subscription and he was paying for the last four months. TOI kindly look into this.

Really sad despite raising compliant ... TOI does not have ears ... a gentleman called posed like he will every thing right from next day but seems they don’t know what is to be done
