Times Of India — complaint against times of india newspaper vendor
I am a subscriber of times of india & maharashtra times (Combo offer). My subscriber id is 32910436. Rohan s patil House number a-5, Navasahajivan chs, shivsrushti, Near ganesh mandir, Kurla east, Mumbai 400024 Mobile number: [protected] My subscription start date is 1st dec 2017 and the subscription end date is 30th nov 2018. Vendor details: Lead no [protected] Vendor number: 21485060 Vendor name: s. M. Shintre Sub vendor: 21501093 Sub vendor name: s m shintre ku1209 Depot code: m0056 Depot name: kurla I am been a subscriber of times of india since a very long time. On 29th may 2018 i received a bill from my vendor (S. M. Shintre & sons) for the period, november to april amounting to rs. 392/-. No specific breakup is been provided in the bill. Only four numbers are mentioned 31, 31, 56, 336. It is not mentioned what these numbers mean and how he has arrived at these numbers, it is not understandable. When we asked vendor for an explanation of the bill. He was himself not sure of it and replied, "we don't charge any one more that what they are supposed to pay". Also, the last bill received in the month of december was for period september to november 2017 and the latest bill was for period november 2017 to april 2018. Vendor has charged us twice for the month of november. Attaching the copy of both the bills & the subscription copy. We didn't have the copy of previous bill handy with us when vendor submitted the new bill copy to us. We told him that we will check the previous copy of the bill and then make the payment of the new bill. Vendor still made the same comment, that they don't charge any one more and he left. Since 30th may 2018 (Next day) he has stopped issuing the new paper. I am sure he is not only charging us extra for the delivery of news paper but also looting us by submitting the bill for the same month twice. We would like to know from times of india, how much we should be paying him over and above the subscription amount that we are paying you. Vendor (S. M. Shintre & sons) over charging his consumers is not a news to us. This has been a complaint from many, but now that he has stopped issuing the newspaper, we request you to do an enquiry on this subject with the vendor, and let us know the action taken before we approach the consumer forum. Waiting to hear back from you. Thanks & regards, Rohan shyam patil [protected] Was this information helpful?

Mr. Raj Singh himself behaves as the publisher/owner of the company. He always charges additional in the name of home delivery.
Timings are irregular.
At least 5-7 days are absent. Bill shall be for full months.
He charges flat 30-31 days basis.
He argues if anyone ask questions, stop supply abruptly. He only supplies as long as he is happy.
Now RWA has decided to ban his entry in Ardee City and should not?
Below given is my home address :-
