On 3rd, May, 2025, I registered a complaint regarding the non-delivery of Times of India newspaper. As per the case registered, TOI suggested me to call the Area Manager Mr.E.Feroz Khan regarding the issue. I contacted him, but he didn't respond. Following which TOI gave the details of Mr.Durai and asked me to contact him regarding the issue in hand. He too didn't respond initially. Then I received a call from TOI team and Mr.Nandakumar gave me assurance that the problem will be resolved. Then I contacted the TOI vendor Mr.Thamodharan on 23rd May, 2025, as per the suggestion of Mr.Durai and I served the said vendor a new copy of the subscription details to resume supply of the newspaper.
Then on 24th May, 2025, the said vendor gave me a copy of the newspaper and assured that the supply will resume henceforth. But, the next day I didn't receive the newspaper as assured.
So, I contacted Mr.Durai and Mr.Nandakumar about the same, as per their request. They too didn't respond now.
It has been almost 4 months now since I have not received TOI newspapers and raised a complaint regarding the same. Also, I have already subscribed and paid the amount for 3 years of service and the same ends only in 18.04.2027.
In continuation to the previous mails I've sent, with regard to the complaint no.01887729, the problem persists and still not resolved.
With regard to the mails i have sent, i only received reply mails acknowledging the mails, but the problem still persists and it hasn't been resolved even now, since April 18th, 2025 till date.
As a final resort, I want TOI to refund the subscription amount.
