Hello I am a student and buy toi daily but the vendor who supply us took extra charges. Why do i pay for 210/pm while it's original charges are 120/pm? If every city have different price rate of toi then it must be printed on it. Or what type of tax is taken by vender from us and no description by toi? It is completely violation of law. Isn't it?
