Times Of India — fraud advertisement of hypermarket in bangalore toi

Dear sir/madam,

With reference to the advertisement published in times of india, bangalore copy dated 12th september, 2017, on page # 5 (Bottom) attached herewith; i would like to file a complaint of cheating against hypermarket and indiatimes group.

Even 7 days after, i have not got the delivery of goods which i paid for. The details of invoice from hypermarket is attached herewith.

The customer care number provided by the hypermarket app as [protected] is switched off since the day of payment. And there is no other mode of contact (Email has no reply) to the hypermarket group.

I request you to please look into the matter and justify the delay in delivery through either by indiatimes or by hypermarket.
