Times Of India — Gift after subscription of 2 years

Pl note,
I have subscribed TOI for 2 years on 25-Jul-25 where TOI agent and TOI website assured me, I will receive a gift after 45 days (i.e. after 7-Sept-25). I approached Yogesh Bhalerao (Tilak Nagar, Chembur-W, Mumbai) agent of TOI at least 3/4 times, sent msg on Whatsapp, sent an email but NO REPLY.

However before subscription Yogesh assured me about gift with sweet words and requesting if I subscribed through him he will get some commission.

To help him I subscribed through Yogesh but he just turned up and not replying anymore.

Pl look into the matter, as I have not yet received any sort of gift from TOI
