I had paid Rs. 1199/- for a newspaper subscription on 13th February 2026, with delivery scheduled to begin on 25th February 2026. On 26th February 2026, I raised a request to cancel my subscription under complaint ID 02262872.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I am still awaiting the refund. I kindly urge you to process the refund at the earliest, as the delay has already caused considerable inconvenience.
