[Resolved]  Times Of India — ifb washing machine services

Dear Sir,

We have unfortunately taken an AMC from IFB for our washing machine, we made our first complaint on 24th July, 2018 (Ticket no. [protected]) for non functioning of our machine. The technician came and informed that there is some problem with the belt and he needs to order the same from the company, after several follow up again 3 person came and said it is the fault of Motor and it will take 2 days for the motor to come. Then after several follow up 1 technician came and informed that the timer has a problem and it will take 3 days, in the mean time we were getting assurance from IFB customer care that the problem would be resolved first on 30th July, 2018 and then on 3th August. when we called on 4th Aug to the technician he very arrogantly said when the parts will come we will repair, upon asking when the parts would arrive he said he don't know. We again called up IFB customer care and we were surprised to note that the complaint is cancel with a silly reason that "customer is not contactable" . Then a new complaint was again made by Customer care (Ticket No [protected]) on 4th August assuring that on Monday 6th August the problem would be resolved, . Today that is 7th August we received a message stating that customer is not contactable though we did not receive any call as both the number registered with them are fully operational. Again why they are contacting, the technicians should come and resolve the issue. They technicians are arrogant and abusive.

Pls help how to proceed they have taken money for AMC and now we are running pillar to post.
