Times Of India — irregular and late supply of newspaper | |||
We have been subscribers annually to your paper from the day you started in chennai switching over from the hindu. We are sorry to say we will not be renewing the subscription next time. There is a highly irregular and late supply of the paper by the vendor and every month we had to call minimum 4 times to tell the paper is not delivered and invariably paper is delivered by 7 30 or 8 am when we do not get the time to even glance the paper. Sir for the past one month times paper has been delivered very late in the morning by the dealer. Inspite of repeated complaint to the dealer no effort has been taken to rectify the late delivery
Kindly ensure early morning delivery of times paper to my house by the dealer
No use just paying subscription, by late delivery of paper I end up not reading the paper at all.
We can very well stop the paper and see TV news
Kindly rectify the problem with urgency
