Times Of India — membership changed from silver to bronze as new member

I have the account with [protected]@gmail.com as id and cell no. [protected] for past 4 years and i could become silver member.
Now i have added my cellno. From the new phone while editing profile. After verification, it makes me as a new bronze member.
Kindly recover my earlier silver account membership.
Initially i had account with [protected]@bheltry.co. Inas id. But phone no. Is always [protected].
