Times Of India — Newspaper delivery pending for more than 1 month

I'm residing in chennai and subscribed to times of india newspaper. The delivery was expected to start from dec 1st 2022 but it was still not started and more than 1 month i am behind the customer service team and they are not resolved the issue. If they are unable to deliver newspaper i need refund. If they are ready then i need the newspaper to be delivered for the 1 year from the date they start delivery. Please help me to solve the issue. Really frustrated and very bad customer service from times of india. No response for past few days. No one is responding and taking responsibility. Please help. Subscriber id [protected]
