Times Of India — newspapers copies not receiving | |||
I would like to bring your notice for not receiving my times of india, chennai edition newspapers copies from subscription date to till today. I have already called so many times and complaint against it on crm helpline [protected] but nobody is responding promptly and properly on the helpline even the call back executive assistant cuts the call without listening. My subscription id is [protected] copy start date 24.10.2019 for which i have paid an amount of rs. 599/- towards 12months subscription through jammu and kashmir bank cheque no. 072514 regarding this i have received a confirmation letter from your side on 27 november 2019 which has 3 subscription commencement coupon which also imprinted vendor details i. E. Paulraj a v10062. My address clearly mentioned Poonam engineering and equipments company New 22, sembudoss street chennai-600001 My mobile number [protected]. Request your attention to this issue and necessary immediate actions to rectify the problem or else return my payment. I am very sorry to inform you that even after subscribing for The Times of India & Mumbai Mirror newspaper (hard copy), I haven't received those as on 23/07/2020.
My Order Id : #TS0013439 dtd.10/07/2020 with subscription period is 10/7/2020 to 9/1/2021.
I had already emailed my said grievance to [protected]@timesgroup.com on 13/07/2020 at 8.09PM and received a regreat email from your Ms.Diksha Chaugule (diksha.[protected]@timesgroup.com) on 16/07/2020 at 6.40 PM but no action in this regard.
May I request you to please do the needful and do EXTEND THE SUBSCRIPTION DURATION ACCORDINGLY.
