Times Of India — Non delivery of Nespaper

I am a subscriber of TOI newspaper since years. My subscription number is CH[protected]. On 21st January I requested CRM, Chennai to discontinue supply of newspaper at my Chennai address and start delivery at my new address at Coimbatore effective of first February 2025. Though my request was acknowledged promptly, no action was initiated despite my repeated followup on 23.01.25 30.01.25 01.02.25, 02.02.25, 03.02.25, 17.02.25 and 18.02.25 no further action was taken. A week ago someone called and confirmed that delivery at new address will commence from 15.02.25. Today it is 19.02.25 and I am not getting newspaper. I don't know to whom I should escalate the matter. Please resolve my issue or let me know to whom I should escalate the issue.
