Times Of India — non-receipt of coupons and consequently no delivery of toi epaper

I am residing in sector-9a gurgaon (Haryana) and submitted a cheque for subscription for delivery of toi paper at my residence in march, 2019. The cheque for rs.895 was cleared and debited to my account on 7th may, 2019. But i have not received coupons so far. Nor delivery of toi paper so far.
I was directed to contact your vendor mr yadav (Mob no.[protected]) but all in vain despite my calls and messages to him. Please arrange coupons/delivery of toi paper or refund of above amount to me.
An early reply is requested again. Thanks
