Times Of India — not receiving paper-yearly subscription | |||
Hi, We are the customers of times of india. We have a yearly subscription and before 2months we have changed our room in kukatpally only but for some distance. When we informed the same to the paper boy, he is nt ready to send paper for dat locaiton. Since 2months nt getting paper. I tried him calling many times, but he informed will send some other paper boy, but later not responding to calls. This is very bad on their part. I want justice to be done for these 2months also as i m a yearly subscribed customer. Please help me and revert me. Vendor name is raju and dsa name is rajeshwar. Regards Swapna-[protected]. I have suscribed top gear magazine india for 1 year starting from October 2017but I didn't receive issue of November n January yet. I called to customer care but no response from there side.
