Times Of India — online subscription renewal of times of india news paper | |||
I have done the online renewal of Times of India news paper subscription BP No. [protected] by paying Rs 1470/- online through UPI payment (linked with ICICI bank). The transaction has done on 16/05/2018 and it was successful and the payment deducted from my bank account and also i got the "sms" from the bank. Unfortunately till date i have not received any confirmation of my subscription renewal from Times of India. In this regard i had made several phone calls to times of India customer care as well as sent emails to several officials . but it is not yet resolved. Since my existing subscription was expired on 30th June 2018, the vendor has intimated me, he will discontinue the news paper. It is requested your office to kindly resolve this issue and renew my subscription at the earliest or otherwise refund the money back Was this information helpful? | |||

Applied for change of address in June end mail also received from 1st July will start paper at new address, still not receiving the copy
