Times Of India — paper delivery improper

To whom so ever it may concern.

I subscribed for times paper with subscription i'd 36375405 on 10-jan-2018 and i am supposed to receive paper from 17-jan-2018. I stay in rajeev gandhi nagar. Bachupally.
But i started receiving paper from 25-april-2018 after so many follow-up. Recently i received subscription commencement letter stating the paper delivery started from 17-jan-2018. When i discussed with area incharge siva prasad (Phone: [protected]) he is not confirming the paper delivery up to 24-april-2019and telling sign the subscription commencement letter.
Please address the issue and send new
Subscription commencement letter dated delivery upto 24-april-2019.
Even the paper delivery is not regular. From three days 08-june-2018 i'm not receiving paper.
