Times Of India — problematic and embarrassing prize system in. " toi happy times dineout/ tomato" contest. | |||
On 13 th July 19, I went to "Has South Bombay" restaurant in Pune with my family and friends. They denied accepting Dineout payment. ( I had e voucher won for happy times contest). While the dineout app clearly shower them as a franchisee to accept, they gave no reasons to deny us. No help came from either Times of India or Dineout. Again, on 20 July I tried ordering food through Zomato App ( your another partner in same contest) But after several attempts Zomato e voucher code sent by you was not accepted by App. My family suffered that day, also image of me as a father, image about such contest, image of Times of India, and Zomato. Now, Zomato tells us to zoom to Times of India and ToI tests our patience by sending us back to Zomato. So both of you deserve rotten tomatoes. One more issue I would like to add here . Pl see my attachments. In the main advertisement page ToI had said that they would be sending 15 digit e- voucher code to winners while I have received all codes with only 10 digits. Again, a case of fooling around with customers.
